Default Chris51080, garrett376, kalyan (or anyone that can help) ..I have a quick question.

When connecting the RCA cable (for the reverse camera install) to the PCM via the FAKRA cable, the RCA plug (by the PCM) has a red wire coming from it. Do you do anything with that red wire?

I sent you a PM. I did not connect the RED wire to anything.

If you have a picture without the wire connected your probably, if not you may need power to the wire. Unless it is one of the cameras that also has a couple of the IR Led's for night vision and the red wire could power them? I was thinking about trying to upgrade to one of those newer cameras, the video input would be the same, and at night is where the regular cameras lack good vision, even with the reverse lights going.
