08 Cayenne S stalles after fill up...AGAIN!
Its the third time exactly the same conditions - my wife fills up 3/4 of the tank, takes off and car stall 2 min later.Tryed to start, runs for 10 -15 sec stalls again and so on.Last time I played with fuse 13-14 and it started to drive just fine for 4 months...Now again, same gas station same problem again even though I told her not to use that gas station anymore to elliminate the problem..Fuel Pumps are new just 8 months old..Im really confused now....Is it something with the fuel pressure? ANY help will be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance!

Burning Brakes
Next time remove the gas cap and see if it starts up. May have a venting issue within the emissions control system.

Burning Brakes
A partially clogged filter will have issues under wide open throttle when fuel demand is at its highest.
If it's plugged to the point a car won't start or barely idles, you won't be going anywhere until it's replaced.

Removed the gas cap, same thing...removed fuse 14, car started harder and stalled in a few sec, removed fuse 13, started ran for 10-12 sec, stalled again. Pulled the seats to listen if pumps are running. They run and stop...wtf? as I said pumps are new, just installed them 4k miles ago.Symptoms like a bad pump again....

Dilberto! Do you have any idea if that part number is similar to 08 Cayenne S? looks like by the part# its for 03-06 model...Also I tried to play with the fuel pumps fuses pulling 13 car barely starts, pulling 14 starts runs 10-12 sec and stalls...as I mentioned both pumps are new...Could it be a bad filter or fuel pressure regulator that sits by passengers side fuel pump? Thanks in advance!

LOl, back to the drawing board...replaced fuel filter....car started and run fine...but fuel level was not showing stuck in empty....car ran just fine drove it for a few miles....A week later had time to open up both pumps covers again to the the connection for fuel sender unit connection....all good...its clearly visible...unplugged and plugged it connector (2 green wires)...fuel level shows more than half of the tank.AND back to the same stalling issue....argggg ...hell..Both pumps start and both shut down 15 seconds later....I don't know what to think now..will go for fuel pressure regulator....Did not change the evap part yet....ANY help will be greatly appreciated!!!!!!
