Clutch peddle on the floor... Help!
2009 GTS, 70K, On a 300 mile trip, everything was operating just fine until I pushed I let out the clutch and it proceeded to move to the floor on its own. Its funny now, but was not at the time, 150 miles from home. I was able to get home with keeping in 6 gear and stayed on the Hwy all the way home.
1: No codes or other indications of the failure.
2: I can pump the peddle by hand to get some use out of it.
3: The hydrolic fluid is on the low level. I am going to the dealer to get some 202 S fluid to top it off.
Something tells me that I may have a problem with eh slave cylinder, but I see no leaking at all from the car. I am concerned that the slave cylinder is internal and if I have to get at it to repair it, might as well do the whole clutch.
Does anyone have any experience doing this job? Is there any more information out there to educate myself on the job of working on he clutch? Anyone have a schematic of the assembly for me to become more familiar with it?

The slave cylinder is external and held on by two bolts. I haven't done mine but have looked at it and the job doesn't appear to be terrible.
Bleeding it may be the challenge unless you have a pressure bleeder.
I will need to look at the shop manuals to get a feel of the effort involved on this job. I can write back tonight.

Thank You for the response, I also believe the most likely cause is the slave cylinder. I did get some fluid to top it off, did not help. I am now looking for parts for the cylinder. I am going to get under the car after work today. I am now looking online for some procedures. I, I , I ,..... LOL

From what link or web site do I get this procedure manual? There is no information I could locate on the Porsche USA website to download any manual.

Thank You! I did sign up and paid $10 to see the documents for an hour. I was denied the ability to print and there was no download option. I think I was robed by Porsche, again...
