Latest plugs and coils.
All brake master lines replaced that were leaking including behind cowl giving vacuum leak faults.
Engine torque arm replaced.
Both fuel pumps and both flanges replaced.

Idle still kinda crappy. Wtf next? Engine mounts? Keeping hunting vac leaks? Car flies now but that idle though.....

 

Well, it seems that you've taken care of any ignition issues. Next is fuel. I would look into MAFs and O2 sensors. They would most likely give you a fault though.

 

Never seen a MAF or 02 fault but wasn't using a PIWIS either. $3k scanner tho.

 

Which model engine?

On my Turbo when I changed out the electric radiator fans noticed all the intercooler o-rings were shot and leaking. Between those and the o ring on the charge pipe from the turbo to the intercooler on the driver side, those made a big difference in smoothing the idle and bringing back some snap to my 05.

 

You might want to check the engine mounts.

 

Can you post a video or audio when the car is at idle. Does engine make a noise?

 

I would also pressure test the intake. A leak would definitely cause the symptoms you're describing.
