I am following instructions to remove the driver's side camshaft cover (leaking gasket), but nothing talks about this pesky wire coming from the harness on top by the fuel rail, down the front-most coil. And under the bottom side of the head.

I think the instructions I'm following are for an S, not TT. So presumably this is a turbo-related line. Anyone know where it disconnects?

Can't pull the cover with the way it's got it pinned down. Even the Porsche workshop manual ignores this step.

Looks from the bottom pic like it is going to the A/C clutch?
