Default option codes dont match up?

Per some intel yesterday, I opened up the back of my 06 S Titanium and took a picture of the option codes... half of the codes listed on my label weren't even listed in the lookup, and at the same time, some options I know are on the vehicle aren't on the options label...
This has to be me fubarring this, any ideas, is this the right sticker?
An example is that I know it has the adjustable air suspension, it's code is 1BK, but it's not listed on the sticker... are there more than 1 option labels?

See attached; I think it's your vehicle.

That one is pretty close, mine doesn't have the headlight washing system and I don't think it has a 6 CD player... where did you find that?

6 disc changer should be in the right side storage compartment in the cargo area. I haven't seen a single Cayenne without headlight washers. Are you sure you don't have them? I ran the VIN and came up with those option codes as well. Anyhow, the option code sticker never contains all of the options that the vehicle is equipped with. Why certain ones make it to the sticker and certain ones don't is anybody's guess.

Thanks guys, and yep, unless the headlight washers retract, I don't have em...
2 red plugs on the bumper cover where they would probably be installed.

Historically, when Porsche has a "package car" like the ****, many of the options are included under the package.

On a late '80s 911, and M491 option is a turbo-bodied car with a normal 3.2L flat six. This car also came with turbo brakes, sport seats, LSD and a few other things. Often, the option code didn't reflect the exact options due to the global M491 designator. I suspect the **** was one of those as well.
