Default Steering Wheel Functions

I know this seems like a pretty dumb question but I purchased my car used so i couldn't really ask many questions. Anyway my question is about the sterling wheel controls. Is there any way to change radio stations from the steering wheel controls every time i press the button it changes the station but it doesn't change to my presets it just seeks up to the next radio station. Is this normal or is there a way to change presets from the steering wheel? Sorry if this sounds confusing but I'm just trying to find a way to go through my presets w/o have to press the buttons on the actually radio display because it kinda gets annoying

Not a dumb question (at least to me) as I have the same issue with the Sat Radio presets.

I know the question has been asked in the past but I can't seem to find the thread with the answer.

From what I can remember. It only scans up and down, will not jump to next presets.. Drives me nuts having to keep touch ouch randoms numbers on my turbo to flick stations during ads...

Yes, question has been asked before and unfortunately they are scan buttons only. No preset jumping.
