Default Change of Color 2008 Turbo S

Our 2008 Cayenne Turbo S was getting a little long in the tooth, and we started shopping around for a replacement. After testing a couple of the newer options, it became apparent that for the money, we weren't getting a lot more over our old lady other than a very nice interior upgrade.

As such the decision was made to rejuvenate the old black car rather than put more money into a further depreciating asset (amazing how rational we can become as we get older).

So after much searching, the decision was made to spray the car in a brown offered on the 2014 Panamera only. Car was sent into the spray painters before my holiday back to my home town of Oz so that the car would be ready on my return to Singapore. The spray painters were incredibly efficient and had it ready for us on New Year's Eve (we only return to Singapore on the 12th Jan!)

So my friend had to pick the car up for me and store it at his place first. Initial impressions from the terrible pics my friend sent (can't blame him, he did pick the car up for me after all), are that I'm sure glad I didn't respray it in the original black....

Overall pretty pleased and just hope when I see it in the flesh it won't be too turd brown for me! And no the M3 is not mine... It's my mates car... Dunno why he had to wreck the picture with a BMW hahaha.

Blue is better.

Other countries don't categorize the model years same way as the US.

Looks great- I am sure you can't wait to see it in person. Just brought my 2009 CTTS home yesterday...would be interested in hearing of your experience with the car over the years...obviously pretty good if you favored it over getting something new!

Amazing car mate... For the money it packs a punch. I've even tracked it and it put a fair few boxsters and caymans out! And the only prep work it needed was castrol srf brake fluid. Granted the brakes could only take so much and the 4th lap the brakes had massive fade. But still mighty impressive!!
