Thanks GVA-SFO!

Are you in the Peninsula too? I usually deal with Paul at Rector, but I'll ask for your guy to ask him about Vreds. Did you get your order yet? And how much was shipping?

Yes, I'm in the Bay, since about 15 years and also in Geneva.
Our Cayenne is a 06 model (Tit. Ed.) that I bought beg 07 (new) at Rector and since, always did deal with Roger. I did not got the Vred yet, (will post a message when received), but got a message that they were shipped. I ordered them via eBay and it was shipping included.

Got the Vreds, (..the set #5 !) and now, they are on wheels (we can still see the "hairs", they are not shaved yet) :

These are the 315/35 on the rear (on OEM Techno 20x10), the walls are just vertical, as they should be :

These are great tires for the price. I had them on my M3 and they were quiet and wore very nicely. They had great grip on the street as well.

Never heard of these... I will be in need of 21"s over the next year to replace my Pireli's.
Thanks for posting.

Just ordered my set (295/35/21)! Supposed to get here in a week, weather permitting. $283/tire and $130 shipping.. $1262 out the door. Not bad considering how much everything else costs. Thanks for the info GVA-SFO!

I will need a set of tires soon. Not looking for anything in Snow. These look different. Has anyone had a bad experience with them? If not, I think I may get a set myself. Nitto doesn't have anything in 295/32-21, I e-mailed them and they said, "sorry, cant help you"

Will give feedback the moment I get them installed. Coming from Pirelli Pzero Rosso's, I'm sure this will be great - excited for the grip, plus the quiet ride!

They look awesome, ( and brave owner to put inside the sand interior)
I'm interested in these, seeing that I was quoted a cheeky $1100 per tyre for Pirelli here in Brisbane Australia...
Wonder the shipping costs to Australia lol

What I can't get through my head is how that tread pattern works equally on both sides of the car without being L & R specific.

Additionally, understanding that appearance is a very personal thing, the different pattern directions don't look right to me when viewing the two rear tires from behind. Although I also realize that view may not be very common in such a way that it would be noticeable, such as: rolling, lighting, line of sight not low enough or too far away. So the casual observer may not notice anyway.

I'd like these more if they were L & R specific.

JFR - yeah, when I first saw these I immediately noticed what you are talking about. But the more I searched for 21' tires, it quickly became apparent that I didnt have a ton of choices. I called around and the average set was coming out to $1800-$2000/set of four (installed). Granted they are household names (Continental, Pirelli, Michellin's..), I didnt want to spend that much - more so if they wont last as long as all seasons. Then came these Vreds - everyone I spoke with, and chatted with, loves them.. great grip, great ride (quiet), and best of all, great price. Only downside is that the only place that carries them is a shop in NY.
