Default Oil Leak

First off I have to say thank you. Rennlist gave me the courage to purchase my first Porsche. A 2006 Porsche Cayenne S Titanium (93,000 miles).

After 9 months of happy bliss I awake this morning to a small amount of oil on the garage floor.

I removed the belly shields for a look. I found oil dripping from the rear side of the passenger side lower control arm. No apparant oil leak from above. The oil drain plugs, oil filter, oil pan gasket, transmission filter, and valve covers are all dry. I'm at a loss so I thought I would turn to the experts for help and advice.

I think I attached a picture of the leak but I don't know if it posted.

Thanks, Pete

After additional checking, I can see a black rubber hose above the oil drip. It appears the hose comes from the top rear of the engine and stops above the oil drip. I think it could be the A/C drip line. If it is the A/C drip line can anyone explained the black oily substance???
