I made a secondary cat bypass order (online) on the July 8, 2013 and have not heard a thing from them. The payment definitely went through I confirmed with paypal. Also I have called the only number on the website and it kicks you to voicemail every time and there is no call back yet. Also I emailed with no response. Are they still in business? Anyone have good contact info on them? Thanks

You placed your order on July 8th and you're expecting it already? You're worrying yourself needlessly at this point. Leistung is just extremely slow and communicates with its customers poorly. It's not hard to imagine how more successful they could be if they learned some basic business skills.

Don't be afraid to wait a several more weeks before expecting anything. I think it took about 6 weeks for my bypass pipes to show up. Good products, horrible customer service.

Good to hear. No Im definitely not expecting them already but I was expecting to hear something. An invoice? Some acknowledgement an order was placed? Thanks for the input.

I inquired around Dec about these, and spoke to Rick or Dan (honestly, I forget, for all I know I could just be making these names up lol). Anyways I got a good vibe from them, he was prompt and honest, also sent me a number of sound clips and videos within a day. Maybe they are much busier now (being racing season)? I'm not sure, but I didn't pull the trigger because, I knew I would be upgrading to a CTT from the CS...well I've upgraded so I guess I need to call them lol.

Keep in mind the time zone difference, I was calling them at 7pm EST and it is 4 or 5 his time. Not trying to make excuses for them, just a thought.

I ordered my Fabspeed cat bypass pipes today (Th), they are in stock and should arrive on Monday. BTW, if you're thinking of this mod and want to use Fabspeed call and ask for your Rennlist, 6-speed, or PCA discount. It's worth it!

Patience is not one of my strong suits when I am ready to do mods. But the time it took was worth it. Great prices and an well made product. He will get them to you.

Is it 6 weeks better than fabspeed? Why even mess with leistung if competitors ship way faster? I would only be tempted if the product is way superior. What's the catch? Why are people willing to wait so long for this product?
