Yep, forget them, I sent them e-mails and tried to call all of July since I wanted to order the bypass pipes, left messages and no reply. At least I did not order anything.
Hopefully no one else has paid them a lot of money, if you have, make a claim at PayPal as soon as possible.

Do turbos have the sport mode to make the exhaust louder? Or is it only on GTS? I like the sound loudness more on my GTS on sport mode. I do get the startup vibration noise from the bypass pipes but it goes away after a few seconds.

I ended up installing the Tubi exhaust on my 955 TT. I already had the Leistung second CAT replacement installed. Very loud at cold start, quiet rumble when warm at idle and loud again when accelerating (but not too loud). It definitely gets attention now. The wife is not enjoying the additional rumble as much as I am! The guys at the MB dealership (best service in town and less expensive than Porsche dealership accross the street), were all impressed with the sound.

Please post a video so we can hear it. I agree that the secondary cat bypass pipes improve the exhaust note, but just not enough . . .
I've been looking at Tubi's website, the Cargraphic exhaust, the 9ff, and even the Supersprint set-up because I think the CTTS needs a little more growl. What made you choose Tubi over the other options out there?

After three visits to my installer to fix my start-up rattle and several calls to Fabspeed my bypass pipes still rattle loudly on start-up. I can no longer recommed this product.

Hi All,
I am sorry to all who have experienced the rattle. It is due to the hanger rods we source. The end is not machined like the factory and on the Cayenne Passenger side, it needs to be very short in order to prevent a rattle. Some have had luck bending the long 11 Ga bracket we weld to our pipes, and because the rod is in a rubber hanger, they are able to space the end of the hanger rod far enough away from the subframe to prevent the rattle.
From a few weeks ago on, we shorten all the Cayenne hanger rod ends so they are the same distance from the subframe as the factory part. Below is a picture showing the three rods and while we are only removing about .200", it makes all the difference in the world.

There has been a lot of posts related to this problem and you've been aware of it for quite a while. Why didn't you correct it earlier, why did you continue to say it's not a problem (I asked about it before I bought mine and was assured it had been fixed), why did you continue to sell a defective product, why has it taken this long for you to acknowledge it, why would you place your reputation in jeopardy over this, and how are you planning to rectify/correct this for those of us stuck with this problem?
It's so bad in my case my neighbor across the street asked me if there was something wrong with my exhaust when I stated my Cayenne in my garage.
