Default 2011 Cayenne Turbo, 101,000km what to expect

Have an option to pickup a Turbo with some serious mileage on it. 101,000km to be exact. Not sure if it's all highway or what.

What should I be weary of? haven't bought it yet

What is likely to go,
what should I budget for repairs and maintenance.

Should I get a aftermarket warranty? In Canada, what options are there?

Do I have to do brakes soon? Not sure if it's got ceramics. Will know that detail tm.

This will be my first Porsche, don't want to get into a nightmare. I personally only drive about 10,000km a year. My vehicle only got like 2,000km on it last year as we take the SOs car mostly. But she only put 8,000km or so on hers.

I'm expecting I'll take it to the local dealer and have them check it out. Have googled some known problems.
-PCM
-Faulty starter motor
-DME replacement
-Discs/brakes on models before nov '10 replaced free
-recalls
-keyless remote doesn't always work for unlock
-front seat cooling fan fails
Any others?

I know this is my first post on here.. go easy guys lol.

Is it at a Porsche dealer and if so is it a Certified Pre Owned with warranty? Porsches with ceramic brakes have yellow calipers. Standard Turbos have red calipers.

Thanks for the tip. I wish it was at the dealer with CPO. I wouldn't be so worried. I'm almost tempted to trade it into the dealer and have them sell it back to me with CPO.. is that even possible?

Wondering what I should do for a 3rd party warranty otherwise..

Get the 3rd party warranty forsure. Repairs are expensive.

Drove it, drives well.. The start/stop is f**king weird man.. Will take some getting used to. Warranty seems like a reasonable idea.. just don't want to get screwed on one that doesn't cover anything that actually breaks.

Though, I remember them to have a bit more *****. I wanted to be totally pinned against my seat.. I remember the Cayenne S I drove to be a bit more exhilirating. 05 or something like that as well.
