Vertex Auto .com has it. If you just do a search for " Cayenne Drive Shaft Clamping Bearing Support" you can find it. I think I ordered mine through eBay, because it was a few dollars cheaper. But, it still came from Vertex Auto. Check out their website, they have an installation video. It really was pretty simple.
