2009 is the year the nav got upgraded. The turbo is faster. The gts has nice seats if you like huge side bolsters and suede. The turbo is faster. The gts sounds really good. The gts can be found with a manual transmission. The turbo is faster. Gts has a nice body kit. They are about the same priced used. Don't buy either one without pdcc. PDCC is indicated by the all silver suspension controls instead of black and silver. And the turbo is faster.

turbo in many countries has full leather and nav as standard not the same with gts. both should have air suspension although a few Euro builds had steel spiongs and PASM.
gts is more fun
if you hold out for PDCC, you will likely be holding out for a long time. PDCC is great if you can find it, but don't walk from one that has everything but that

I see pdcc equipped 08-09 turbos on autotrader and CL all the time so... ymmv
Many used car dealers don't list it because they don't know pigs well.. Gotta look for that silver suspension console.

I like this topic very much, well done Polaris, thanks.
I also appreciate (and enjoy) the (great) answer from Endless_Corners.
What's about any brakes differences between the Turbo and the GTS ? (Imo, the brakes are "consumables" and are direct parts of the cost of usage (i.e.: per miles), like the gas.
I understood that the brakes of a "Turbo S" ..that is a VERY fast car indeed ! ..Do cost "la peau des fesses" (a French expression, that means something like "the skin of the butt"), or, ..like thinking that the gas is a 10 $ per gallon !
Or, to be more accurate : Is there any differences between the GTS and the Turbo brakes ???

The only reason to get the GTS, IMO, is the manual transmission.
If a Tiptronic is okay for you, all of the other GTS goodies (exhaust sound excluded) are available on the Turbo, along with a lot more power.

Thats what i thought.. thanks. The previous post was leaving me wondering what substantive parts were different/superior on the GTS to make it more engaging... other than the MT which has been described as not having the best throws... but throws nonetheless.

I've been curious about the same question Hud99 asked... maybe I missed it?
"(For post 2011 Cayenne's, how can you tell if PDCC and PTV is installed? Is there something on the PCM or Multifunction display that says its there?)"
