Post The Porsche Exchange Chicago

I am looking for feedback regarding purchase experience with this dealer. I do not live in the area and would not be using them for maintenance. Thanks in advance.

Try the 997 or 991 forums. More active and you might get a quicker response.

I just took delivery of a '09 CTTS from The Exchange that involved delivery to Dallas. Easy transaction and my sales consultant was exceptionally responsive. A better experience than one 2 years ago with The Collection in Coral Gables. Send me a PM if you have further questions. Best of luck.

Horrible. And I'll throw in the Audi Exchange with that.

A salesman at Audi Exchange mocked me - to my face - for looking at a used Allroad. Sorry, but if you are embarrassed by $40K used cars, don't sell them.

The service at Porsche Exchange is horrible. I had a new key made. Two days later - in Madison WI - it stopped working and immobilized the car. I called ten times - yes, 10 - over a week and I was constantly told that the managers were too busy to help me, even though my car was stuck in a parking lot. Never once did I get a call back. My wife had to go back to Chicago to get my old key. I finally wrote a bitchy email to PCNA and within hours had a manager begrudgingly calling me.

Thanks guys. I spent two days negotiating long distance to get to an agreed price. These were work days so my availability was very hit and miss. I have no complaint about that. However, sometime during that period, a local buyer came in and put a deposit on the vehicle using another salesman. That is what my salesman told me and I have no reason to doubt the story. My salesman wanted the sale for himself. So the search continues. Thanks again for all the replies.
