Would you insist on a PPI for CPO Turbo with 50K miles?
Car looks very clean, drives flawlessly. The common Cayenne issues have been addressed; coolant pipes, Carden shaft, coil packs. If it was out of warranty, I'd do it for sure. But with a two-yr Porsche Certified warranty, I don't think its a pressing matter.

I'd skip the PPI but other might be more cautious.

Wouldn't hurt to have a pro look over it for any signs of damage. It can look perfect and have been wrecked. It it has been in a bad accident they can't CPO it.

absolutely, always do a PPI. you never know what you'll find. one by a body shop, one by a mechanic, both by people who work for you and have your trust and best interests.
