What is tightening torque for valve cover cayenne turbo 2005?

No need I did it with my hand I used small wrench and tight until I feel it is okay,
by the way this is a common Cayenne problem to have oil leak from valve cover gasket and oil split on the Exhaust header and catalyst body cause bad smell comes out from driver side engine compartment, I know that turbo leak is there as well but I have to live with this fact.

I have the intake manifold info but have not needed to do anything with the valve covers (yet). Sorry couldn't be of help.

FWIW the IM is done in 2 stages and in a specific pattern. IIRC it's 7/11nm (don't quote me on that, going by memory right now).
