That size is going to throw off your speedo by more than 10%...definitely not recommended.

Thanks for the info. I currently have 285/35/22 on my CTT. I really like the with fullness of the 2008 X5 tires. I would like to have something similar on the CTT. With this width it would give the CTT a more aggressive stance.

Yes, the width would look great, but you'd need to find it in a 30 cross section to make the diameter close to spec for the speedo. I am not aware of any manufacturer that offers anything other than 285/35 for a 22-inch rim.

How about these? Will this size effect my speedo? I think 305 might be a little to much. I came down to 295. I'm getting close to plunge into this vredestein. They don't have 285/35/22 but they have 295/30/22. http://www.performanceplustire.com/t...95_SLASH_30-22. Any comments is appreciated. Thanks!

I think 295/30/22, will be the right choice.
