Default License Plate Bulb Size Please?

Hi all

Does anyone know which length of C5W / Monsoon bulb fits the Cayenne 955 please? There appears to be 35mm, 38mm and so on, which length is right or will either of these sizes work?

Its raining and snowing every day here in the UK so id like to get the right size first time and hope somebody can save me the time of taking the lens off to measure one?

Thanks

Carl

Carl, you'd be better off removing the lens and inspecting the innards prior to purchasing a set of bulbs. The P!G's license plate bulb holder is notorious for premature corrosion; particularly in humid and rainy areas such as the U.K.

I've already had both sides replaced under warranty after the 2nd year of ownership.

Hi Andy

The light that is emitted from the bulbs is very poor and i was planning on fitting some super white standard C5W bulbs to whiten it up a little, perhaps the lenses are in bad shape?

I did consider LED's but dont want to light the whole back end like some LED sets seem to do

Will take a look at the lenses first.

Thanks

Carl

One looks ok and the other is full of brown water, do they come apart once removed or is it a sealed unit?
