I am looking at two 09 CS, one comes with front and rear park assist, non-heated baige leather, Wood trim, 40k srvc done. The 2nd one has 1 k less miles on it, has
black heated leather , doesnot have the park assit nor the upgraded wood interior.
The first is priced 2k more than the later.
Which vehicle presents a better value?

Would appreciate quick answer to help me with my decision.

I had f&r parking assists on my '06 CS and now on my '10 CS. Great feature. Affected adversely only when it's snowing --- large snowflakes landing on the sensors. I too don't have seat warmers. Don't miss them.

Love the park assist, but really like the heated seats - mind you, don't know where you live, so can't tell which will give you the best value.

Doesn't matter which vehicle is the better deal.
If you really want heated seats, not much you can do to resolve them being missing.
For the park assist, you can retro fit park assist and even a rear view camera at some cost.
As for the wood, not of any interest to me, but is it important to you?
