PVD or Chromed OEM rims
Does anyone have any experience of getting their OEM alloys chrome plated or PVD "chromed" coated. PVD as I understand it is a vapor deposition of thin metal layers that look like chrome and is clear coated. It is apparently more durable than chrome relative to nasty winter weather, i.e. road salt. Any comments and experiences appreciated. Thanks Doug
