2006 cayenne s instrument question

the center instrument display shows the radio station at the top then it displays:
30 € mph
( the middle symbol actually looks like a circle with a line drawn thru it)
Any ideas what this display means?

You can reset the average MPH by holding in the "Menu Selector" button on the windscreen wiper stalk when the MPH average is displayed...
