I see it is the typical victim of more English (because of the branded terms) on the screen than the target language!

Even though the display screen size is smaller, the backup camera display on my 2013 Cayenne is better than that of my 2011 Touareg. It exhibited glare, washed out colors, water distorted the image, et cetera. All those problems "seem" to be gone in the 2013. So I suggest you use your stateside contacts to get a Porsche part number for the camera installed in 2013 US-spec models. If you're lucky, it might even be a direct replacement.
