You have to start on the driver's side.
Remove headrest, there is a small button on the base of the headrest mount you need to push in. Next pull up the strap at the front of the seat cushion bottom, then flip forward. Press in the flipper on the top of the seat back and pull forward.
RTFM.

Why do you have to start on the driver's side? I drive with the with the driver's side rear still up but the pass. side still down quite a bit, gives me more leg room in the driver's seat.

I think it depends on if you have the cargo net in place (the one that keeps cargo from jumping over the seat back in a front end accident.) IIRC (without walking out to the truck) - that spans the entire width of the rear seat sections, so while you can fold down the half that it isn't attached to, you can't fold the half that it is attached to before folding down the other side. Does that make sense?

Is the lever stuck or is it moving but just not releasing; if it's the former be careful as it will break if you force it.
