If it is anything like my touareg and I believe it is, you need to get to two holes behind the steering wheel and push a clip to release oneside, turn the wheel and release the other clip while pulling the airbag and not letting the other side clip back in.
Its a pain in the ****.
And make sure your battery is disconnected.
The switch pack will then be mounted to a frame, which is mounted to the airbag.
So you then have to remove that frame, and then the switches.
Great design right?
At least for the touareg you can order the newer hard plastic switches that don't peel, separately.
Porsche makes you buy the whole airbag.
