Default Air Suspension Faulty Message

Been getting this warning messages once in a while. IT goes away after a few seconds (or if I restart the car).

Air suspension seems to work fine though. I can change to all different levels without issues, even when the warning light goes on.

Any idea what's goin on? Am I in for some major or minor repairs?

You probably just need to have your air compressor rebuilt. It's not expensive.

I would agree usually its the compressor not building pressure quick enough and you get a 1772 fault, I would get the fault read before I replaced the compressor its not cheap for a new one.

I had the same issue.

Weak main battery was the cause. Replaced the 5 year old battery and message never reappeared.

Definitely was the air suspension faulty message.

Just as the orig poster stated, would appear on initial start and disappear after the subsequent restart.

Was 4 years ago and never reappeared after the battery change.

Welcome back by the way....

Hmmmmm surprisingly enough this started happening after my battery died from a navigation deck installation.

Maybe I'll see if a new battery helps. Is there a quick and easy way to check battery strength?

I've been getting the error randomly popping up for years, so far the compressor keeps working. I just ignore it.

May not be an issue with the compressor.
