You will know the difference right away haha! Reduction = low range.

when i hit a slight dip at 50mph, i hear a grinding sound come from the front end. kinda makes a growl sound, but only on this one dip. thoughts?

Spoke with service advisor, possibly worn bushings as stated above or bad strut. He said it's cpo covered
