I try to stay away from foul language, but in this case

OH **** NO!

This is getting rediculous.

No doubt it is being considered. Isn't there a Cadillac truck? If those things sell well, get ready for this one.

I hate to say it, but I actually dig the looks of the 2 door version posted above. The 4 door version is hideous as is, in my opinion, the Cayenne itself. No Porsche should have 4 doors (let alone 5!). <img src="graemlins/nono.gif" border="0" alt="[nono]" />

Sure Cadillac has one and so did Lincoln until a few weeks ago. Lincoln had planned to sell 10,000 Blackwoods the first year and cancelled the car after selling only 900. While I don't mind the Cayenne this pickup is going too far.

I gotta agree with ex991ellence- it looks a hell of a lot better than the SUV. That was nice work.

And hey if you can accept the SUV what's wrong with a pickup? Just think of the Techquipment possibilities- how about a carbon fiber gun rack and bed liner, color matched tool boxes or mud flaps, and of course the entire "Stetson by Porsche- for discriminating rednecks" line of clothing and leather accessories? Did we forget the special "Tony Llama" edition with matching boots?

I guess they figure whatever sells they will go with. These cars haven't been the same since they went to the Boxter/996 anyway, so I don't really care. I'll stick with mid 80s to mid 90s cars.....these are the best of the breed.

Careful that the guys from Porsche don't hear you, or else a "Traxster S" might be in the making...
