Ok, driving home yesterday with the wife and going maybe 45-50mph. I close my window and after about two minutes we hear the sunroof open. Weird, we just looked at each other and the wife goes" Maybe you bump it" -Bumped it, How? Any of you guys had this happen before? It didn't slide open it raised the back lip. Flipped the switch and it close like normal.

I've seen this problem in Audi A4s before, it was bad contacts in the sunroof switch, which would cause it to open and close the sunroof over bumps. I have never seen a Cayenne do it though.

Do you have the AAQS option? (Automatic Air Quality system).
When a passenger farts or otherwise harms the cabin air quality, the vehicle senses the degraded air and opens the sunroof for greater ventilation.
Since you didn't mention any gastronomic distress, you might want to question the wife.
Oh, and yes, this is an endearing feature of older Audis. Many years ago, within 15 minutes of purchasing a used '95 A6 quattro wagon (one of many over the years), the sunroof opened. I knew I was home.

I had mine tilt up once, after I disconnected my battery and reset all the windows, forgot to do the roof, and while driving it tilted open. My assumption was because of lack of the reset procedure after connecting the battery.
Never happened again after I went through the reset procedure.
