Try Bill Hodges website: <a href="http://www.p-carsales.com/" target="_blank">web page</a> . He is a big rennlist supporter and has order guides dated 1/24/03. They are available elsewhere as well (dealer websites). I believe the nonfunctional link you referenced earlier was an older guide anyway.
