Hey all,

I'm new to the Cayenne string. I'm sure this question has been addressed but I couldn't find it in the archives..

Is the Cayenne available in a manual transmission?
The Turbo? The S?? or both??

Not yet, I heard next year a manual will be available

I spoke to a dealer in Beverly Hills yesterday.. what a horrible Porsche dealer btw..

He said, no chance in hell a Cayenne would make it to the states in a manual.. not even next year..

Oh well, guess I'll stick with my X5..
(The only reason I would consider a cayenne is for the manual in a suv.)

btw, I did sit in one. It felt much smaller and tighter than an X5. Didn't have as much storage space, etc.

I'm curious to read a review of the Cayenne S vs. the 4.4 X5. If anyone who owns a Pepper used to have a X5, please post a review..
