In the 2009 CS the iPhone plugs into the car under the armrest. this allows iPod to play (good), but access is a real pain in the butt. Has anyone found a more elegant way to mount it so that it is more accessible? The cord has the weird USB and S Video connections. Thanks.
Well you may not want to hear this but I would recommend buying a separate iPod and use it for music only. You should be able to find a compatible iPod on eBay pretty cheap.
Take a look at this option....for the Iphone mount...
Hi
I installed this 2Point5 docking system.....called a spec.dock in my 2006 Cayenne Turbo over a year ago.....works great....plays and charges and receives calls as well.....
Had the 3GS when I first owned it and I went to the apple store and purchased a package of iphone 4 inserts....the white plastic part just comes out and is replaced by the new insert....cost me $9.00. Guessing when a new Iphone comes out can buy the new insert from the Apple store....
