Great pictures. I was able to get that far on the extra armrest I have, but could not get the pins out. When I do I just might send to you for the recover.

wow looks nice. I cant seem to get those pins out to take off the lid.

They are just pressed in. Push them from the outside with an angled tool. Then grab them with some good pliers & twist as you pull them.
