HID headlights lose intensity with time/usage. A new set of bulbs may make a difference for you. How are you headlight lenses? Are they still clear, or do you have some haze or fogging on the lens?

I haven't done this on our Cayenne because the lenses are still nice and clear. I did have it done on the 996 though. I used a company called Dr. Headlight. They came out and did it at my house. They wet sanded and polished the lenses, followed by a coating of UV protector. It was $90 for the 996 and it's guaranteed for life. It took about an hour. I put new HID bulbs in when I had it done, and the combination of clean lenses and new bulbs made a big difference.

sir
apparently the haze/cloud is located inside my Xenon headlights.
i live in manila and almost all the professional headlights restoration centers does not want to accept it cause they cant replace the factory seal Porsche has.
they fear that in most cases when it rains, the inside of my headlights will just fog up.
should i replace the headlight? would there be any difference in brightness?

What year Cayenne?
There were 2 TSB's related to condensation inside the headlight housing.
The first simply added a desiccant bag inside the housing.
The second (permanent) fix was to add a ventilation tube to the headlight assembly.
If the headlight assembly does not have this TSB, I would suggest contacting the dealer.
If it does have this fix, you may in fact have a broken seal.
