Default 2004 porsche cayenne s

Hello, I'm new to the forum, pretty much I'm just wondering about 2004 cayenne s. When do they start needing parts to be replaced (major parts)? Are they reliable? I am looking to purchase one with 134,000 kms on it. I took it to the local Porsche dealership for a inspection and the only things needed to be fixed is the starter, one of the flap motors, and major maintenance.
Thanks ALL!

If they are going in to replace the starter, might be a good time to replace the coolant tubes.

Good luck...
