Default HID Flickers

06 Cayenne S
Passenger side Low Beam Light flickers on boot up and sometimes over bumps.
Cleaned all the connectors I could find.
Any thoughts?
CPO but dealer "can't duplicate problem" and won't change or troubleshoot anything unless it stores a code.
They claim CPO does not cover troubleshooting
Herb Chambers sucks

It could be a bulb going out - they tend to flicker and sometimes give off more of a purple hue when they are close to failing.

It could also be that the headlight mounting assembly has come loose. There is a TSB about this issue. I had a similar problem, and once the mounting assembly was tightened up the problem disappeared. If you remove the headlight, you will be able to access the assembly and see if it's loose. It has a 10mm bolt on the front edge that locks it in place.
