Default enclosed trailex - is a base cayenne sufficient?

(this post can be moved if there is a better place for it)

considering the enclosed trailex (model CTE-80180) and wondering what others are towing these with.

considering a base cayenne, cayenne s, tacoma or tundra.

wondering if the tundra and cayenne s are over-kill

thanks!

Base Cayenne not good for an CT-80180, its small V6 can't give you an easy towing experience, when you consider that trailer+car+tools is around 5,500 lbs.

The only problem with Cayenne/Q7/Touareg is that you can't see anything from the sideview mirrors when using an enclosed trailer. I have tried 3 different mirror attachments, ultimately I sold the enclosed trailer and bought an open one again, because I like the CTT too much. For me, the trailer has to work with my CTT, not the other way around.
