Any suggestions? Glove box won't open. Lease turn in inspector will be here shortly. They want to the owners manual. Unfortunately it's in the glove box.

 

Use a small flat head screw driver and get in between the dash and the box, locate the lock and start lifting things that are springy. It can be done but it requires time and patience. It needs a new lock mechanism ($12 from the dealer )

Hope your inspection was uneventful. How through was their inspection? Suspect this is a contractor that is hired by Porsche, and perhaps compensated on how much stuff find?.

 

It was a contractor. And it wasn't that bad after all. Pretty lenient actually. Oddly enough, despite the fact that I couldn't get the glove box open, she opened it up no problem. Weird...

Either way, I'm glad that's done!
