Default '05 C S - 4th warranty repair of A/C -help

I have been battling an A/C issue since last summer. A/C goes out about 45 days after repair. They re charge it give it back and it breaks again. They can't find any leaks or anything wrong with the system. I just took it in again for the
4th time yesterday. I live in Wisconsin so there would have been more visits excpet that I have no idea if the A/C works or not all winter long.

I opened a case with PCNA and they said they are going to trouble shoot it with their techs. I believe my dealer has already gone through regional tech support. Nothing would make me happier than for them to fix it, but I am concerned that if they can't I might be left out to dry.

Does anyone have any experience dealing with a recurring problem under warranty? Does anyone have any advice on how to proceed exactly other than open a claim and hope for the best? My thought right now is I have a lemon. Any comments/sugestions/help is very much appreciated. Car is CPO ends 6/1/11.

What have the replaced so far? If they filled it with dye and can't find the leak there is a problem there.

They have replaced the seals once. This is the second time they filled it with dye and can't find the proble. Otherwise they just re-charge it each time.

Are they using an electronic freon sniffer? These will help localize leak points even where you can't see them to see dye leaking. And they are VERY sensitive.
