Default cabin air filter "air flow' direction

I took my air filter out of my 2005 CTT. I cant remember which way the air flows for the proper direction of filter install. I think it goes from the passenger side towards the center of the car ... but not sure. Anybody know?
Thanks, AA

AA, if memory serves me well the airflow direction is molded onto the airbox cover.

I believe the filter is keyed, it will only fit one (proper) way.

Thanks for the post Bill. I have seen taht old post, with great pictures . My filter easily fits in both directions. I just confirmed with RFM and Loren on Renntech ... the airflow goes from the blower (passenger side) towards the condensor (center of the car). thanks for all of the responses.

What filter do you have that's not keyed?

The "Mann" pollen filter (Green and Yellow Box) is what I used last year and I remember that it fit in both airflow directions.

Thanks. The reason I asked is I usually order things like that from AutohausAZ.com and they usually have the option of 2 or 3 brands to select from. I'm due to replace mine so thanks for the reminder.

Mine is a Bosch. I looked at the old one .. and I see what you mean about a key. A thicker side ... but I was still able to put it in both ways.
