This kind of thing is subjective and personal. Having said that, and as an old fogey, I would never do something like that to my car. Not very helpful, I know.....

Oh, so I was the only one who wasn't sure about the nature of the post and the OP IS asking for opinions on the body kit?
In that case, I'll refrain from saying what I really think and will just add a +1 to what Mike said.

Jackson County girls have fake pearls and real orgasms.
I lived in KC (east side of State Line Rd, of course!) for a dozen years. I mostly don't miss it much (I'm from the northeast originally), but on Sunday mornings (and the odd Monday night) the last few months of the year, I miss it A LOT...

Arrowhead is a cool experience for sure. I've been fortunate enough to visit quite a few various stadiums for sporting events across the country and Arrowhead + Phog Allen Field house are great venues. Even if you aren't a fan of the teams I think they should both be on sports-nuts' bucket lists.
If you're ever back in the area shoot me a PM and we'll go for a drive.

Personally not a fan of either kit. It looks like the body melted and that is what you're left with...
It is your Cayenn though so if it makes you happy then that is all that matters! Go for it if you want to.

The only Cayenne kit that I've seen that I really liked was the Ruf Dakara, which made the headlights more 911-like. That being said: I didn't care too much for the rest of it; just the headlights. I don't even care for the new 'crease-ier' Cayennes. I was never a fan of the extreme 911 modifications from the 80s and 90s, either.

I like the OEM turbo nose, but overall I think they look best you just lower the stance. Something in the 2" area seems about right.
