My sunvisor lights starts to look pretty tired, any DIY to get in to replace with some nice LEDs? Thank you for guidance.

UPDATE:
I was able figured it out. Just place the pryer tool on the left side (driver side) and rights side (passenger side) of the white plastic mirror surround and it will slide with little effort off.
Then you will get an access to two 36mm bulbs. I was surprised to see the one of the halogen bulbs melted some the the backing of the mirror. I guess these are not intended to stay on for long time. I might need to mention this to my wife when she does her makeup on the way to work LOL.
I chose these replacement bulbs to get an upgraded nice bright white light and these will run cold being LEDs.
