Porsche washer fluid
If you mix it per the instructions -- it freezes.
Actually ........ if you double the mix ................... it will freeze.
Why Why Why ......... do they sell it?

The instructions printed on the over engineered bottle say.
Add contents to the window washing water ........25 ml of concentrate makes 2.5 liters .... do not mix with other window cleaners in same water tank?
Product is a 1:100 mix.
So what is it ? ................... Liquid pixie dust !

If I am thinking of the correct stuff, it was an additive.
I've never seen pre mixed gallons of OEM washer fluid for sale.
Edit, as always, I should have checked with Loren....

Add the pre-measured amount of this powerful detergent to a gallon of your favorite washer fluid, fill your windshield washer reservoir and streaky, film covered windshields will be a thing of the past. Once you have tried the incredible cleaning power of Wash Booster, you will never go back to plain old blue fluid again. One bottle boosts the cleaning power of 26 quarts of washer fluid. Do not mix directly in the washer reservoir. Always mix the pre-measured amount of Wash Booster with a fresh gallon of windshield washer fluid and add the mixture to the reservoir.

I'm using a Porsche Tequipment product 000.044.000.87 -- green liquid made in Germany.
Looks to be in the same bottle as in one of the links. Tall and thin with a built in measure ..250ml
I was told that I should use it over the blue stuff when I first complained about the windshield wiper skipping problem. The dealer emptied out my fluid and installed "Porsche fluid" -- it actually did work better -- have been using it ever since.
So it has been freezing in the trucks washer tank -- I'm not sure if the tank is heated like most of the MB tanks and nozzles.

The dealer should have performed the prescribed "angle of attack TSB" to fix your wiper's "angry elephant's *** being dragged across your windshield" problem.
I have seen the same bottle with orange colored fluid and in all cases, it has always been used as an additive.
If your windshield washer fluid is freezing, I don't think it is due to the additive.
What outside temp is causing it to freeze?
I would be cautious, since you are likely to have already (or soon) damaged your pop up headlight washers, if fluid is freezing...you'll know when you start to get fluid dripping under the front corners of the car.
For cold climates, you can buy fluid good to better than -20degF protection.

I have had numerous adjustment/parts replaced for the wiper problem
I was told that this is what the dealer uses and that it is to be mixed with water as per factory recommendation - using the measurer?
So I assumed (incorrectly) that it provided freeze protection
