This is a shot from last year when I got to Santa Fe N.M. from the S.F. Bay Area pulling the trailer. '05 Turbo.

We didn't get much snow last night here in the Poconos, but here's a crappy phone pic of Finn still wearing some of it after the drive to work:

Not as cool as my other shots. Figured a quickie with the full rack set up on it might be of interest to a few snow hounds.

Cell phone pic.

Rack base, bars and windshield are Yakima. Box and ski carrier are Thule.

got my roof rack en route.......so question......I am already doing the flat black 17 oems, probably vinyl out the silver trim, maybe same flat black for my turbo exhaust tips (dont know if paint is heat resistant yet), maybe paint the roof rack and putting previously mentioned at/mt tires once I can settle on some for my winter/ranch setup.

do you think I should leave some silver on the car? Most of this will only be used in my winter times unless I decide to camp....usually camping I can use the rear comparment to fit everything.

Do you remember which Q clips you needed?

They are Yakima Control Towers. The feet bolt right down to the factory roof rails. Then you can slip them on and off all you want.

Not a great picture of it but you can see the feet still connected to my roof with the rack off of it here.

Yep, tracking. Thanks. An afternoon of clicking and searching turned up that the Cayenne uses a Thule 430R or 430 Tracker II foot pack, or a Yakima Control Tower with Foot Pad 1. Gonna need that in order to get the kids and the dog and our stuff to the Cape this year.
