remove fog from inside headlights

hello! thanks for a great forum, posted this in 6speed, but it seeams like more activity in this forum so i stay here=)
I have a -06 Cayenne and better cars are not build i think, of course there are some isues, dont like the transmission as im use to drive Mercedes.
anyway, one of the common problems ive no of is fog inside the headlight, ive tried to dry it out with a hairdryer but no luck.. allmost as if it where grease inthere. so i did like this

remove the projektorlens to the lowbeam (4torx)

there are 2 filters on in bottom and one in the snorkel in back of the housing
change those with something cleaner
