thanks EW.. i did tighten the gas cap.. like 12 clicks! still there.. the autozone guy said i may need to drive it for about 30 miles to it goes away.. i think i haven't driven it that much.. based on the discussion on that, hopefully the cost to replace anything shouldn't be more than $1k - and i guess it's a sin to include hope and hopefully in a sentence here ;-)
if i get any responses to my post re: Porsche of North Houston here then I'll have it set (appointment) with them, seems like they are open on Saturdays (while all the other Porsche shops here are closed)..
