Default Ready to re-open on old issue regarding PSF

Okay...so there are a ton of threads regarding PSF Power Steering Fluid and Transmission fluid but nothing current.

As I was installing my missing motor mount bolt I decided to check all the fluids and noticed my power steering a little low nothing serios though. Went to my shelf of fluids.....dont have any.

My local dealer wants $24.95 per Qt.

so the question is what do you use as a substitute or do you only use Pentosin CHF 11S?

Use the Pentosin CHF 11S and call it a day.
Other cars generally use ATF. Thats one of the fluids I wouldn't mess with on a Cayenne and Millions of German cars use Pentosin PS fluid.
I think Napa sells it for $12 or $14 for 1 QT.

I am jsut curious what everyone else does. I checked with Napa and they sell it for $22qt.

I read through a few threads and it seems like a lot of porshce owners use dexron3. I am not here to judge one way or the other. Just like the discussion and see what everyone does.
