In europe no. It comes with a can of sealant and a compressor. Additionally the BOSE and Burmester sub woofers take a good chunk of the space in the 'wheel' compartment.

There is a spare in the US cars (it is an inflatable "donut" large enought for the Cayenne)

Not sure if the Burmester cars delete it.

Rome, makin me nervous. I have the 20 inch wheels and the Burmester. Will shoot an email to my sales consultant. Not sure if he can give me a an answer right away. It is really quite interesting to note that we folks know more about the vehicle than these sales guys who apparently go through some weekly education/rigorous updates. For instance when I asked my sales guy to add on the compass in the center of the dash , he told me Oh No there is no sports shrono on the 2011 Cayenne's.
