I though the coil pack was already been addressed in the newer peppers, you also might wanna check the fuel filter.

had it out last night on flat straight road and it wouldn't pull past 147 (private road of course)

so def something up with it

PIWIS will tell you if boost is being cut back for a reason, say detonation for example.

Or it could be a mechanical error...leaking valve or hose leading ton loss of pressure.

I had this same problem with my wife's Audi S4 2.7 bi-turbo.... It turned out the intake hose on the high pressure side had torn and was leaking. Thus, lack of boost at higher RPMs
